How did you meet?
We met back in 2010 when we were 17 at school and the rest is history

When and where did you get married?
We got married on 13th February 2021 up north in Mangawhai heads at a private location at Breamtail.

The theme/aesthetic for your big day:
Our theme of the day was classic, fun, modern and romantic

The biggest source of inspiration while planning your wedding:
Finding the perfect location was always key as we wanted a beautiful view. I always wanted lots of flowers and we added pops of colour to create a modern touch
 

The most memorable moment from your day:

Definitely walking down the aisle and when signing the papers looking around and seeing all our friends and family. The entrance to the marquee was also very memorable! We just couldn't fault the day, it was magical.

The biggest hit on the dance floor was:

The dance floor was super fun, we were even doing the limbo at one stage!

Did you always have an idea in mind of what you wanted your dress to look like?

I always imagined myself wearing a dress with long sleeves. Once I started trying some on I got more of an idea, then when I visited Trish Peng I immediately saw my dress and knew it was the one! Love at first sight.

We honeymooned in: Great Barrier Island and Kauri Cliffs lodge
